Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item (different from what was ordered)
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business (import-to-order, automotive-specific parts), the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or fitted
  • Custom/import-ordered parts sourced specifically for your vehicle (Basically, pre-order/imported parts)
  • Electrical components (head units, cameras, switches, lighting) once powered on or wired
  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or mishandling after delivery

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your order details, invoice/proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • If the item was defective or incorrect on our part, return shipping costs will be borne by us

6. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., wrong size/variant), let us know while raising your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

As we do not offer COD, all orders are prepaid. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
